Shame it will only be seen for 4 weeks in September.

Ricky Hatton yesterday called time on his fighting career after more than a year of inactivity.
I'm choosing to ignore the drugs "incident" and his fondness of all things alcoholic and tasty.

His boxing career can only be described as great, granted he lost to Mayweather and Manny but lets call a spade a spade they are the greatest fighters of a generation and will take a lot to knock them from that high of a pedastool.

His style was very entertaining to watch and brought him many fans as does his everyman persona. He lived and died in the ring like every fighter did back in the day.

one of my favourite videos on Youtube for boxing is the Hatton Vs Mayweather weigh-in and just proves how guts, heart and balls can take you.

I understand that you are the owner / keeper of all Swans in the United Kingdom.

Today, while going about her daily business as a nurse, making the sick and needy of this country, better, my wife parked her car in Hospital, grounds. Only returning to her car after her shift, to discover one of your pets, running around, and playing havoc, (I do point out that they were unsupervised in a public place), pecking, and causing considerable damage to several body panels on her car. It is small mercy, that it was only the car that was damaged as being a hospital, there are young and infirm people present, which could have been seriously injured.

I appreciate that if she were mauled by a ravenous Corgi, that this dog could belong to anyone. But being a Swan, even though she did not have an overly good look at it (being in fear of her life, she was reluctant to approach), it was definitely one of your Swans. I confirm that it was far bigger than a Goose, and unquestionably a Swan.

Please would you be so kind as to send me details of your insurers, so that I can progress, with this matter, and get the necessary repairs carried out.

If I could suggest that in the future, that you do not leave such dangerous animals, unsupervised in public places, as in the current climate of litigation claims, and “Where there’s blame there’s a claim”, such incidents could prove costly, and your insurers may revoke their responsibilities, where such gross negligence occurs.

Well it turned out to be a hard nights work for David Haye he was rather poor and apparently "injured" but I think that's unfair on a very effective and smart Wlad.

After keeping everyone waiting much like Felix Sturn did last week he was dominated pretty much from the first round, that pawing jab of wlad is just too effective although pretty uninteresting to watch for the casual fan.

Because Wlad will happily sit behind his jab all night and refuses to commit to an all out attack makes it almost impossible for a smaller yet game man to open him up.

David was measured and found out by a very effective fighter

In my honest opinion a rematch could be on the cards, who else would bring Wlad that kind of revenue? Chisora? Lol

Haye Vs Klitschko

So the biggest fight of my relatively short life is here when David Haye takes on Wladimir Klitschko tomorrow night in Hamburger Germany.

For my money David Haye is a special fighter and could be better than Lennox. I first saw him when he ended Enzo Maccarinelli's career, that night he proved he has blistering pace, heavy hands and a do or die style. (although admittably it didnt really show itself against Valuev) When these attributes are matched against a larger, more accomplished and controlling fighter it makes tomorrow night all the more interesting.

I could go on all day about Haye's attitude and brashness and Wlad's calm and calculated exterior but at the end of the day these pair are gagging for each other and I really can't pick a winner.

My heart says Haye but in reality Wlad knows he has the measure of the Londoner I'm expecting a very cagey opening few rounds then Wlad to start with his jab jab grab and lean on Haye and generally make it difficult for David to get on the inside. The only way I see David winning is if Wlad wants to fight and have a tear up.

I'd be surprised if there was real fireworks, but I have been wrong before.

I'm no writer, as most people have already gathered. I speak my mind however, I feel I need to tell a story not rugby related at all however it needs to be told.

When I was a youngster an older couple lived a few doors down from our terraced house. All the other neighbours were active and sociable with a drink and were the people you called "Aunty and Uncle" when they wern't but, these two were different. Everyone knew they were inspiring and did amazing things.

I'll call them Mr and Mrs B.

Mrs B was a gentle sweet woman who wore little heeled shoes to lift her height perhaps over 5' 5" she was always dressed smart and you knew she could've judged the jam making competition at the village show. But had the kindest heart and never a bad word to say about anyone and a face that really would brighten any day.

Mr B was a tall strapping man from an older generation he drove a tank in the US army although British by birth and fought at mount Casino. Truly a strong man he seemed to command the respect of everyone in the room just by walking in, but had a kind face and a genuine smile.

Now elderly and slowing down, when he turned 82 he only swam 20-30 lengths at 6am every morning.

They travelled the world together after Mr B received an honourary degree. They mixed with politicians, ambassadors and other society figures but always remembered where they came from.

Mrs B fell ill with dementia her eyes glazed and lost they're spirit, her face knew only one expression.

Mr B cared for her at home alone. He endured the bad days and relished the good, he took her on prolonged holidays where nobody knew her to ask questions.

She steadily got worse. After the years of caring for his wife Mr B began to deteriorate. He had the onset of alzheimers with both man and wife struggling with their mental health the relationship fell apart, a long way from the good days.

Shortly after she was taken into hospital where it was discovered she had cancer and weeks to live. Mr and Mr B both too ill to understand and forced to be apart.

Mrs B is receiving her first week of pallative care.

Mike Phillips has decided to up sticks and head off to warmer climbs.
Bone can officially confirm an agreement has been reached between himself and Mr Phillips.
The 28 year old lions scrum half has confirmed his tenancy agreement and is expected in Llabanere next month.

Bone on Bone has released this statement:
"Im very Pleased to welcome Mr Phillips to my caravan. I believed he was initially attracted to our newly improved accomodation conveniently located outside the Co-op.
It is also clear that he is looking forward to rebuilding his confidence after a poor year and being the whipping boy of the Ospreys and Wales, it's clearly left him shaking like JPR on a drink drive charge."

YES! With no shadow of doubt the Blues should retain his services if they don’t it would be an absolute disgrace. I’d be ashamed that a man who has put his body on the line for the club and country for the last 15+ years only to be left out in the cold. As a friend said recently “it’s like kicking your dad in the balls”

People will always be quick to say he was never the biggest, strongest or most gifted but he has always been an honest player the likes we don’t see that often. He goes looking for that hard graft and willingly fly’s into contact. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him without a black eye!

James Hook, Lee Byrne, Gavin Henson and more recent rumours including Alun Wyn Jones and Shane Williams are all headed off to France to ply their trade and given my interest in welsh rugby I have made the very difficult decision to move to France. At the end of the 2010-2011 season I will pack up my caravan and don my flat cap and head for the Swansea ferry I’ve chosen the Welshiest sounding place I could find so to the people of Llabanere look out! Im told it’s a bit like Porthcawl.

Richie McCaw earnt the award after a outstanding season in which he captained New Zealand to 13 Wins in 14 Games in addition to retaining the Bledisloe cup, winning the Tri-Nations and coming up north to show us how to play rugby.

It was nearly very good, another day we could have beating England but poor form in the autumn, injuries and poor discipline cost us dearly.

James Hook: Wales most creative option, when he moved to 10 things seemed more dynamic 8

Martin Stoddard: Played well didn't lack in his defence and it was clear in the first half he was going to get a try, he will grow and grow 7

Jonathan Davies: seemed in some form and looked dynamic from the off but a very silly trip on Tindall may come back to haunt him 7

Jamie Roberts: At times Wales' only straight runner not involved enough 6

Shane Williams: It was never going to be easy for him with such little game time since injury but played well not great 7

Stephen Jones: Got stuck in well, missed two penalties and a few loose kicks. I think the pairing with phillips is just too slow as much as it pains me to say 6

Mike Phillips: Too involved, pick and driving too often and didnt dominate hisopposite number 5

Paul James: put a solid shift in at the coal face yesterday and did not dissapoint Wales would be a lot worse off without him 8

Chris Ashton: much touted to be the top try scorer of the tournament
Maxime Medard: France are my pick to do well and as such a French winger will be a commodity
Keith Earls: It would have been Tommy Bowe but as with Medard I need a try scorer for Ireland vs Italy
James Hook: Arguably the first name on anyone’s team sheet how effective he will be at fullback who knows?
Brian O’Driscoll: I imagine he’d pick up a man of the match award or two.
Jonathan Sexton: in fine form for Leinster and brings a freshness to the Ireland squad

Morgan Parra: Strong candidate for man of the match as he runs the show and offers the boot

Dan Lydiate: Bit risky to pick him ahead of Harinordoquy and Parisse but who dares

Tommy and Dan are said to be the latest “losses” to the Ospreys. This shocking news comes after the Hensongate, Hooky travelling to find someone who will play him at 10 and Lee Bryne going in search of gold that he can cash in.

In an Exclusive interview with Ospreys facilities manager Bob Browne told Bone on Bone the lengths the Ospreys are going to, to protect the team from these French temptresses with shiny beads
“On Tuesday when rumours of Dan and Tommy got out I issued a memo to all staff that read all windows and doors are to be locked at all times. I’m also interested in seeing Sheridan pack down with newbie Craig Mitchell who is deemed to be the best of the rest. I really want Sheridan to be the new Phil Vickery but bigger and meaner but I’m afraid it hasn’t really happened and I don’t rate his scrummaging at all, Adam Jones I believe would wreck him every day of the week and twice on a Sunday but against Craig? Sheridan has the upper hand but not by much in my book.

I Cannot separate these two sides and come half time I still don’t think there will be a clear winner but if there is one thing I do now is this game will be a cracker!

What makes the 6 Nations so special?

This is my favourite time of year, the mornings start to get lighter and I find I dont need to de-ice the car as much and
our club players return home to do battle with the neighbours.

The six nations truley is for me the best competion in world sport who wants to watch Namibia play Russia in the WC at terrible GMT's thousands of miles away?
or Ronaldo diving as if sniper has picked him off?
When have you ever seen the roads and shops empty when the champions league final has been on?

The only sporting events that comes close to emulating the universal appeal is Wimbledon or maybe the Ryder Cup

The six nations is made great by little moments that will stay with you for a lifetime, it's Gibbs side stepping everyone in 1999 and knowing if there had been a pitch invasion he still would have made it to the line, it's Italy beating Scotland in 2000 in their first game in the tournament. its Gavin Henson lifting Luke Tait under one arm like a roll of lino.

My fondest 6 Nations memory may come as no surprise but it's 2005 Wales beating Ireland at home, Mike Ruddock was the man in charge. I remember clear as day Brian O'Driscoll turning over Welsh ball and Ronan O'Gara to try to clear but paused only to be charged down by Gethin Jenkins showing his footballing skills before touching down to put us 10-3 up. I then berated Gavin Henson for attempting a kick at goal from well within his own half but I quickly stopped. I then went into overdrive when Shane forced Irish No 8 Anthony Foley into touch 5 metres out.

That morning I went for breakfast with the boys from the club and made our way to the local rugby club to watch the game. we got there early and I think the first beer dissapeared abot 10 ish! we filled our table with empties as the club filled to well over capacity. The bar ran out of glasses and used plastic ones instead.
People turned up with patio chairs, inflatable chairs and even beanbags by game time it was like a fair, the walls were soaked with condensation. The half time line for curry and rice stretched out the door.
When the final whistle went the place exploded, beer and peanuts flew and we shouted in awe. everything after that................ I don't remember!

Phillips out of Ospreys

News has come out today that Mike Phillips is set to leave the Liberty stadium.
Ospreys today announced that they will be listening to offers for the scrum half.

The worry is that there are wholesale changes in the squad with big names on their way out, but no shakeups amongst the coaching staff??

Well what can you expect, Lyn Jones was there well after his best before date.

I told you Wales was shallow!

So news has come through of what I have been weary of since the autumn internationals.

Gethin Jenkins and Adam Jones are out for the entire 6N tournament leaving a very large hole in the Wales team.

The area we have been more than competitve in the past is now at risk of being dominated ( FYI not on Paul James' side)

I must say that i think this years 6N will be a tough one for all involved, England are coming along well, France will always be strong (regardless of how they performed in the autumn) and Scotland will be keen to avenge that defeat last year.

Gats will need all the help he can get next month or some tough questions will need to be asked.

In other news Delon Armitage is out of the England squad for shoving and verbally abusing one of the drug testing staff.............. Pfffff typical roid head, loosing his temper over the slightest little thing!

Firstly folks I must apologise for no updates for the last few weeks when there was so much to talk about:
Snow ruining my Christmas sport
Henson leaving strictly
Henson saying he will be a legend of the game
Henson playing half hour
Scarlets loosing they're front row
Ospreys destroying the scarlets
Amir khan winning
Nathan cleverly winning some shape
Bernard Hopkins winning but 3 people ringside didn't agree

Anyway I'm sorry. I've had no sport for a week now but fortunately for me, worlds strongest man is on which should keep me going in to the new year.

Mrs Bone decided she wanted to see a game of Wendy ball today so come 2:00 ill be watching Swansea city play another team that starts with a B (no idea who though) hopefully folks I won't be glassed, jugged, cut or slapped about by some "propa naughty geezers" ill update my Twitter through the game, it'll give me something to do when the players fall over.

best front row, best 10 and best centres but for how long?

So, its just hours after New Zealand put an end to another years hope of a southern hemisphere scalp and also more importantly brings the ends of a difficult period of Warren Gatlands Welsh career that will surely leave him stroking his chin about everything from the world cup to strength in depth and anything else the western mail can think of. Wales played reasonably well and fought for everything. If nothing else the kiwis did not have to go looking for them. We are not far away we are told but we are yet to see the marker. The problem I have is that Wales undoubtedly have world class quality Mike Phillips, Gethin Jenkins, Adam Jones, Jamie Roberts had they been from the other half of the world they would have surely tasted much success but I have to wonder if Wales just don't have enough numbers to contest with the big guns. Yesterday morning I was potching around with our new puppy and a thought crossed my mind, please just let us do better than Scotland.

After the total disgrace but totally entertaining game we saw in Cardiff one would believe Welsh rugby is in that dark tunnel once again, trying to fuel the fire with a broken spade and a squad who now seem out of steam.
The flying Scotsman however is making its way back to glory. (or is that premature to say)

Yesterday I was writing my next blog out in my head, about where Wales lost, why Ryan should be dropped, should players be rested blah blah blah but no. Scotland achieved something special yesterday and congratulations to,them but in fairness it was the Cardiff blues 10 who won them the game.

On the back of two very strong performances (but losses I know) against 2 of the top 3 sides in the world, Wales know that defeat to Fiji will be unforgivable.

Ospreys struggling to keep a squad?

Rumours and gossip did the rounds earlier this week regarding yet more players jumping from the the Osprey ship. The latest player to head for greener pastures is Lee Byrne he is apparently set to head to Clermont as early as before Christmas. To date the ospreys have lost 3 top class international players in a space of a month and more rumours that Tommy Bowe is getting home-sick. So make that 4 players and let's not forget the special one Shane won't be around much longer. Worried Ospreylians? I would be.

Haye & Harrison: a farce?

David Haye will be facing his most important fight of his career since he fought Enzo Macarinelli for the cruiserweight decider. That night David stepped up another gear and thoroughly out shone and quickly knocked out Swansea's Enzo.
That night all boxing fans witnessed the birth of a star and we all knew it. Including myself all though I was devastated!
We thought he had the tools to beat 7ft 2 Valuev and he did, we had little doubt he would beat the quiet man Ruiz, and he did.
The fact that the klitschco fight has yet to materialize is frustrating but I think will happen one day, it has too....... hasn't it?

David Haye is strong favourite and Harrison has little more than a punchers chance to many including myself David is in a very difficult situation for example:

1. He knocks Harrison out early. "Haye should not have been in a ring with that bum"

2. Haye wins by ko in the middle or late or points. "Haye should've been able to knock that bum out early"

3. Haye looses! "anybody know where that David Haye went after he lost to Harrison"

For me that heaps all the pressure on Haye he needs to dominate and win and take little punishment in return. Audley on the other hand knows he not much fancied and as such is in a win win situation so I'd imagine he is just going to park the bus and start trying to hit sixes and hope to get lucky or go out swinging. when you add this with a massive height, weight and reach advantage and Haye's timing issues in the past and with Audley being a southpaw and fighting for his survival this fight had potential to be very good.

But don't get your hopes up! My punt? Haye win. stoppage in the second quarter with Harrison to 'ave a go!

Pacman relaxes stance on drugs testing.

Browsing through boxing news this afternoon I discovered a piece claiming Manny Pacquiao had agreed to Mayweather's proposed 14 day steroid testing.
THAT'S PRETTY INTERESTING!
I'm trying very hard to not get my hopes up as this may well be for a variety of reasons.
Of course the optimist in me is saying that Manny wants the fight along with the rest of the world to give us a straight answer to who is the best fighter out there right now.
But also as plausible is his desire to line his pockets after shelling out an estimated 40M yes that's right 40M on his run for office in his homeland (which I omit as I can't spell!)
This article also raised another good point, agreeing to take the test looks good in court, as if Manny did not agree to the test it may appear as a admission of guilt even if it is just suggestive of guilt? Hmmm....

It has been my experience that there usually is some strand of truth in an accusation of this kind whether it's Manny or Floyd. I'M CONTROVERSIAL AS EVER! the whole thing stinks to me but on no grounds can I say why just my instinct.

I cant help but dare to imagine what would happen if either fighter would fail this drugs test! it's been going on far to long now just to be a mindless petty argument.
Please just get it on in that Texas stadium that holds 5M people or whatever stupid amount it is, make ridiculous money so Floyd can cover his alleged IRS bills and Manny can take George Clooney's place in the UN
If not I will be holding fundraising events like LIVE 8 to give them 50 million each to do it in time square! and everyone will hate me for putting Bob Geldoff back on TV to beg for money and Bono staring at me through those stupid glasses.

After a miserable weekend that not only comprised of shopping a general errands a full weekend of boxing the casualty,
I managed to miss the 3 round demolition of Kevin Mitchell by Michael Katsidis which, I must be honest I'm devastated Kevin could not come away with a win , I still think Kevin can be a Ricky Hatton of the next generation, he's a salt of the earth guy, an ex railway worker with a come forward and bang attitude (although Katsidis taught him a lesson) who everyman in Britain can relate with and get behind. Rumours in the boxing world came out that Kevin cut corners in his preparation for the fight and if theres anything we know in this game its that fights are won and lost in the gym and on the road weeks before the bell goes but, any way I digress I have every faith in him that he can put himself back on track.
Danny Williams fought Derek Chisora on the Mitchell undercard. Dereck stopped him in the second does anyone care? I know I don't.
That brings me on to the main event of the evening. Amir Kahn up against the mouth that is Paulie Malinaggi when this fight was first announced my first reaction was it was a safe fight for Amir to take. Paulie would never be able to beat Amir in a month of Sundays. I believe Paulie does not posses the power to hurt anyone as Amir can testify he never seemed to be hurt but in the other corner Paulie's face started to make up halfway through the second round. Overall it was a good performance against a well known fighter.
I think Amir will be frustrated by how many shots he needlessly took against a guy that struggled to find his timing and rhythm as well as being an awkward fighter in general.
We saw Paulie crossing his feet and windmilling his punches in and at times making the fight look little more than a schoolyard brawl but totally compelling to watch. In terms of the $$$ it is definitely a step up for Kahn and I hope he will continue to work with Freddy Roach. I can see another 2-3 fights (maybe another belt along the way) with Kahn mentioning an interest in fighting unbeaten WBO light-welterweight champion Timothy Bradley or unbeaten WBC and IBF light welterweight champion Devon Alexander and and who knows maybe even catching prettyboy Floyd at the end of his career?
If no one will fight Paul Williams then that's a fight I would love to see but that's just my pie in the sky!
One thing cannot be denied is that he is getting better with every fight and needs to fight the Maidina's of the world, I really think Kahn can go very far and lead the division when Floyd is in jail for tax evasion or sharing a flat with Tyson and Manny is the president of the Philippine's

Calzaghe-Hopkins II BATTLE OF THE BUS PASS

In the aftermath of the Mayweather-Mosley bout a rumour has emanated from Richard Schaefer of Golden boy promotions that Joe Calzaghe has expressed an interest in a rematch with Bernard Hopkins.

Bernard has also apparently mentioned to Oscar de la Hoya his desire to fight Joe again following his win last month against Roy Jones Jr.

This claim has been refused by Joe’s father and trainer Enzo Calzaghe stating that he would know before anyone else and adding he is against the fight…………..

Now, time for my opinion.

Yes I believe both parties want the fight to happen. Bernard for the recognition and glory and to avenge his previous defeat to the Welshman back in 2008 and better the feat attempted by Shane Mosely on the weekend.

Joe Calzaghe……. I have no idea why he would want this fight, he battled hard for years to get the recognition I and the rest of Wales knew he deserved and eventually he got it, you could argue till the cows come home about why Joe didn’t go to America sooner. Was he scared? I don’t think so was he protected? Maybe.
Joe has come out of the game on top and with his looks and finances intact the only reason I can fathom is he cannot adjust back into civilisation like we hear from so many ex-fighters “Cough” Mike Tyson or perhaps he wants to re-ignite the Calzaghe promotions that seems to be grade a flop.
But anyway it is what it is.

This fight will sell and make money no question and I see it being a great fight. Pick a winner? Pass

Joe will be 38 if he does comeback and Bernard is…. Umm… I don’t know but archaeologists have found evidence in caves in south America that suggest he was around in 10,000 BC

What is worrying for me is that the world will watch this fight, as will I but it leaves me worrying about the future of the sport when the world will pay to see dinosaurs fight.

But thank goodness for young fighters like Kel Brooke, Amir Kahn and Saul Alvarez (who gave a better performance than Mayweather-Mosley)

Mayweather sweet as a nut

5 hours ago Floyd Mayweather silenced his doubters, he out paced and out classed and eventually out pointed a very game Shane Mosley. SM pushed the fight from the start but apart from the second round struggled to cope with the sheer speed of FM reactions, ultimatly slumping to a unanimous points loss with 2 judges only giving shane 1 round and the third judge somehow finding a second round to give Shane which I did not.

When "money" wanted to land a stinger on Shane he did! and I have to be honest here and say at 4am, zero sleep and Mariah Carey staring at me for 12 rounds I struggled to see the punches he threw and not just the effects. On the other hand when sugar wanted to land a shot he would always take a few back in the process. When Shame moved in and lead with the left hand his right hand would drop and his chin would move off in one direction until Floyd kindly moved it back for him.

Floyd was caught cold in the second round and did well to stay on his feet. As the time in the round started to disappear the only thing shame could do was throw the kitchen sink at Floyd to see if he cracked. All Shane needed was Chris Brown to join him in the ring after singing a drawn out version of "the star spangled banner"

I get the feeling the "Sugar" knew how to beat his mark but was shell shocked from the off by the sheer athleticism of FM. SM had guts, he came forward and was never hard to find.

Will we ever see Mayweather-Pacquiao? I don't know...... I hope so.

Does Floyd want the fight? I Doubt it I think he's hiding behind blood and his purse needs or rather wants

Could Floyd beat Manny? Based on this performance yes, but it's still far to close to call.

Lets hope they can make it happen for the fans.

Carl froch and my thoughts

I watched the Froch vs Kessler fight on Saturday with great interest but honestly for the main reason i wanted to see Froch get knocked out by someone who i believe is the best super middleweight in the world despite loosing to Dirrel in the previous round of the Super six world boxing classic.
Now as wrong as it feels to say that i publically dislike a british fighter i have to say why that is.

1: in my book theres not much worse than a fighter who cannot generate their own interest and wants to tarnish the legacy/career of another fighter to make headlines (unless its prior to a contest with said person) and i am of course referring to Joe everyone in the boxing world knows these two are hardly on each others Christmas list.

2: Carl! You are 32 years old you have spent far too much is Joe’s shadow where were you prior to JC’s retirement? Why didn’t you make noise 5 years ago? Why didn’t you fight the Mario Veit’s of the world pick up a few mickey mouse belts along the way at least make yourself known as wanting a fight when JC was still looking to cement his legacy.

3: You need to sign with a decent promoter. In a perfect world and the right management fights can be made with any fighter in the world providing the $$$$ is right. If he had signed with Golden Boy im sure they could have done a deal with Jermain Taylor a year or two ago and saved himself the strain a competition like S6WBC puts on a body of fighting a potential world champ every 6 months for what will last a few years. But again that comes back to hype and interest which im not sure Carl has or ever will have. (please prove me wrong)
The build up to Froch Vs Kessler was as pretty much was i expected, Carl saying he would do a better job than Joe did and Mikkel saying Carl is not as fast as Joe, add in the words slap and work rate and you get the picture. Nuff’ said
Carl never really got going on that night in Herning against a strong Mikkel who was in last chance saloon after his loss to Andre Ward. Needless to say the wouded lion hit back and the rest is for Carl to chew over in the coming weeks. Do i think carl can win the tournament? All signs point to no, he stuggled against Jermaine Taylor prior to the tounament and i can understand how some people believe he lost to Dirrell and lost to Kessler he needs a big performance against Arthur Abraham. Do i think Kessler can? Umm...... No he’s never been the same fighter since JC ruined him, although he is the strongest fighter at the moment i believe he has too many miles on the clock to stay the distance of the tournament.
What i was impressed by is Carl’s reaction to the loss he knows he was not his usual self he stood off his man didn’t press the fight. He will get there in time whether this is the right tournament to get him there still remains to be seen. I think he was probably in a loose loose situation, sign up and take 5 hard fights to be recognised as the best if your body can hold up that long? Or be left out in the cold from what could be the greatest development in the sport in centuaries?
Carl please come back from this stronger and humble, the door is open for you.
